Job Description
Education:

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field



Certifications preferred:

• Advanced degree or certification in business process management, lean/six sigma, or project management preferred (PMP, CBPP, Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt)



Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in business process consulting, operations design, or supply chain management

• Demonstrated experience leading process mapping and requirements gathering engagements with senior stakeholders

• Prior experience writing vendor-ready Business Requirements Documents for technology implementations

• Experience supporting or managing a supply chain, demand management, or portfolio operations function preferred

• Demonstrated experience facilitating executive and senior stakeholder discovery sessions — can guide senior leaders through a structured process mapping engagement

• Strong business process documentation skills — process maps, RACI frameworks, SOPs, and BRDs that are professional-grade and vendor-ready

• Experience writing Business Requirements Documents for technology implementations

• Familiarity with supply chain, demand management, or portfolio operations processes

• Familiarity with enterprise PMO or portfolio management platforms — Jira, Smartsheet, Mondaycom, Asana, or equivalent

• Strong written communication — artifacts need to be clear, structured, and usable without translation

• Ability to work independently and move through engagement phases without constant direction



Job Summary:

• Conduct discovery sessions with key Expert Excellence stakeholders to map the current state supply chain — capturing how work flows today, where friction accumulates, and what the process needs to do differently

• Build and distribute pre-work materials to prepare participants for discovery sessions

• Produce all discovery artifacts — current state process maps, pain point assessments, and stakeholder alignment documentation

• Build a Business Requirements Document suitable for use with technology vendors — documenting functional requirements, user stories, integration needs, and success criteria

• Support the tool evaluation process — mapping BRD requirements against Client -approved platform options and participating in vendor conversations as the process requirements expert

• Document the future state supply chain process — how work will flow in the new operating model from demand intake through delivery execution

• Build the roles and responsibilities framework for the supply chain — who owns what at each stage, what the handoffs look like, and what the governance standards are

• Produce standard operating procedures for key supply chain functions

• Build a transition document for the incoming Business Process & Commercial Operations FTE — what exists, what decisions were made, and what still needs to be done
