• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience simplifying complex concepts for multiple audiences

Product Consultant / Project Manager Overview

• Lead end-to-end implementation of personal auto insurance pricing programs across assigned states

• Serve as the subject matter expert for pricing programs and state-specific initiatives

• Partner closely with business leaders, state operations teams, technology partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution

• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and communication throughout the project lifecycle

• Gather, document, and communicate business requirements to support accurate implementation

• Conduct research and complex business analysis to support strategic recommendations and decision-making

• Review competitor offerings and industry filings to identify opportunities and market trends

• Drive cross-functional collaboration between business, product, technology, and operational teams

• Provide project updates and executive communications to leadership and key stakeholders

• Translate complex pricing and product concepts into clear business recommendations

• Support regulatory compliance requirements throughout program implementation

• Coach, train, and support junior analysts through knowledge sharing and project guidance

• Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail

• Contribute to profit and growth objectives through successful delivery of pricing initiatives



Job Duties

• Own and execute assigned states' personal auto insurance pricing program rollouts

• Gather, document, and manage product requirements

• Communicate requirements to business and technology stakeholders

• Act as the pricing program subject matter expert

• Provide recommendations that support state and corporate business decisions

• Lead moderate to high-complexity projects and workstreams

• Conduct business analysis and competitive research

• Review competitor filings and market activity

• Educate business and IT partners on program impacts and implementation plans

• Manage project schedules, risks, and issue resolution

• Escalate project blockers and develop contingency plans

• Deliver project status updates to leadership and stakeholders

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and discussions

• Support training, mentoring, and development of junior analysts
