Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• 4–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, or similar project support role.

• Create and maintain project plans using Microsoft Project.

• Coordinate project activities and maintain project governance.

• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including planning, tracking, status reporting, risk management, and issue escalation.

• Hands-on experience maintaining RAID logs and project documentation.

• Experience using JIRA to track project progress, manage tickets, dependencies, and delivery milestones.

• Experience facilitating project meetings, documenting meeting notes, and tracking action items.

• Experience working with Business Analysts and technical teams to maintain project requirements and delivery schedules.

• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills.

• Experience supporting PMO governance activities and project status reporting.

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

• Must be available to work during Eastern Time Zone business hours.



Preferred Experience/Skills:

• PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agile certification.

• Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and PMO processes.

• Knowledge of Cyber Insurance or Digital Broker domains.

• Familiarity with Full Stack Development, Azure, APIs, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and System Integration.



Overview:

We are seeking a Jr. Project Manager / Project Coordinator with 4–5 years of experience to support project planning, execution, governance, and delivery across business and technology teams. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in project management practices and is experienced in maintaining RAID logs, facilitating meetings, tracking project progress in JIRA, and collaborating with business analysts and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.



Jr. Project Manager Job Duties:

• Support day-to-day project coordination across multiple workstreams.

• Maintain RAID logs, project status reports, governance documentation, and action item trackers.

• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Track project progress in JIRA, ensuring tickets, dependencies, risks, and milestones are current.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and technical teams to maintain project scope, requirements, priorities, and timelines.

• Communicate project updates, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders.

• Support PMO governance activities by preparing status reports, escalating blockers, and ensuring reporting compliance.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and help drive accountability for project deliverables.
