Required Education: Bachelors
Preferred Education: Masters

Required License/Certification: PMP
Preferred License/Certification: Six Sigma

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS)
• Experience in Epic
• Project management experience
Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Experience in Epic financial assistance module
• Experience in facilitating financial reporting and monitoring conversion; medical & pharmacy
• Experience in facilitating operational metrics and monitoring conversion
• Experience in facilitating eligibility interface conversion

Project Manager - EPIC Overview
This temporary position supports the Medical Financial Assistance (MFA) program by assisting with implementation of strategic initiatives across the MFA program portfolio, which includes, but is not limited to, MFA presumptive eligibility deployments and implementation of Epic’s Financial Assistance Module (FAM). The Project Manager will work closely with the national and regional MFA and Revenue Management leaders, IT partners, and key functional areas. The scope of work includes project management, planning, reporting validation and user acceptance testing to support the long-term success of the MFA program.

Job Duties:
• This individual will also be leading and coordinating projects and initiatives for the MFA program that cross functional areas, regions, and business lines.
• Support meeting scheduling and facilitation by creating agendas, compiling and distributing meeting minutes, following up on action items, and actively participating in team meetings and working sessions
