IT project manager-internal collaboration tools & platforms
Our internal systems and tools enable teams across the company to collaborate, innovate, and operate efficiently. We’re looking for an it project manager to support the delivery of internal software projects, working across teams to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs.
Role overview
in this role, you will manage multiple concurrent projects focused on internal applications and platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product, salesforce teams, and business stakeholders—to coordinate project delivery, manage timelines, and ensure successful outcomes. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
What you'll do
• manage (multiple) internal it projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• coordinate across cross-functional teams including engineering, product, salesforce, and business stakeholders
• support projects involving custom internal applications and integrations with other systems
• partner with stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and project plans
• track progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership
• facilitate meetings, stand-ups, and project checkpoints
• support salesforce-related initiatives, including feature builds and enhancements
• assist with salesforce license management and coordination with platform teams
• ensure proper documentation of project plans, requirements, and outcomes
• help drive alignment between teams and ensure clear communication across projects
what we're looking for
• 1–3 years of experience in project management or a related role
• certification in project management (PMP, capm, or equivalent) or equivalent hands-on experience
• familiarity with agile, scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies
• experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• experience working with ai tools and agents to accelerate the work and build in automation to a program
• strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
• basic understanding of software development lifecycle and it systems
• experience with project management tools (jira, monday.com, etc.)
• experience working with salesforce or supporting salesforce-based projects
nice to have
• exposure to enterprise or internal tools environments
• experience coordinating integration projects across multiple teams
• familiarity with license management or vendor coordination
• strong interest in growing a career in it project or program management
