Overview
Program and project management delivery supporting cross-functional projects in Capital Markets, Trading, and related Front Office functions. The role supports the lead Program Management team responsible for timely delivery and cross-functional execution of Capital Markets projects and driving assigned work to completion. The ideal candidate is an adaptable, proactive self-starter who can identify and prioritize project tasks, drive next steps, and ensure project goals are met in a timely manner. The candidate should demonstrate project management experience and impact beyond Technology or Operations, with strong knowledge of Capital Markets structures, products, technology, environments, and the trade lifecycle. The role involves working with senior stakeholders across Front Office, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology, coordinating deliverables and dependencies, gathering business requirements, preparing project documentation, supporting governance and approval processes, and ensuring clear communication of project status and next steps.
Job Duties
• Support Markets Transformation Initiative lead(s) in driving execution of regulatory and business deliverables.
• Support project management tasks for working groups, workshops, and ad hoc sessions with senior business stakeholders across Front Office, Risk, Finance, Operations, Technology, and related functions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders at various levels to track deliverable progress, ensure actions move forward, and clearly report statuses and next steps.
• Manage internal and external dependencies across initiatives, including coordination with multiple Technology teams and Business stakeholders.
• Gather business requirements and draft relevant project documentation, including BRDs, process flows, and project plans, with business and technology partners as appropriate.
• Assist in ensuring target-state tools, processes, and controls are effectively socialized and approved by the appropriate governance forum or level.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action logs, trackers, and other records necessary to ensure stakeholder clarity and a project audit trail.
• Perform analysis of large data sets to identify patterns, issues, conclusions, and support follow-up and problem-solving activities.
