Job Description

Required Education
* Bachelor’s (University Degree) in a relevant field
Preferred Education
* Master’s Degree preferred
Preferred Certifications
* PMP or equivalent Project Management certification strongly preferred
Required Experience
* 10–15 years of project management experience within Capital Markets
* Experience leading transformation and change management initiatives focused on regulatory, audit, risk, and control programs
* Strong experience delivering IMA components including ES, NMRF, RFET, and PLAT
* Experience with FRTB and other front-office regulatory initiatives
* Experience with derivatives trading, risk, and P&L flows
* Significant Capital Markets transformation experience
* Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across Front Office, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Risk
* Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Tech Skills
* Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products and business lines
* Strong Market Risk experience including HVaR model management
* Working knowledge of regulatory capital, Market Risk (VaR), and Credit Risk
* Experience with JIRA
* Experience working within Agile frameworks
Soft Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong presentation skills with executive and senior stakeholders
* Proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities
* Manage execution of deliverables across all IMA project workstreams
* Drive Capital Markets transformation and regulatory initiatives
* Partner with business and technology teams to define and deliver business requirements
* Manage internal and external project dependencies across multiple initiatives
* Collaborate with Risk Managers, Product Owners, Front Office, Product Control, and Technology teams
* Identify, communicate, and escalate project risks and issues as needed
* Prepare project status updates, reporting materials, and committee presentations
* Build strong cross-functional relationships to support successful program delivery
