Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience
• Experience with Capital Markets products and how they are represented in trade capture and surveillance systems.
• Must have strong and concise communication skills, i.e., an articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing.
• Extremely detail-oriented and able to deeply investigate the content of the material, but also look across the portfolio.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requests/escalation.
• Ability to drive progress issue-by-issue and ensure deadlines are met.
• Experience managing inter-department dependencies (e.g., working with Compliance, Technology, Internal Audit, etc.).
• Ability to plan and organize, working well both in a team setting and independently.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in driving positive and sustained change.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically, strategically, and analytically and to solve problems creatively.
• Proven prior experience/successes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PPT, MS Project.
• Minimum Experience:
o 5–7 years of project management experience in leading complex regulatory projects.
• Change Management:
o Experience in leading projects that involve significant changes to existing processes, systems, and reporting.
o Ability to develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new procedures.
• Stakeholder Management:
o Excellent communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills to align expectations and resolve conflicts.
o Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and manage diverse stakeholders, including Senior Leadership, Finance, Risk, Technology, Trading Desk, etc.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Proficiency in interpreting complex financial data and generating clear, concise project status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
o Ability to work with data analysts to define reporting requirements and interpret results.
• Problem Solving & Critical Thinking:
o Strong analytical skills to identify project roadblocks, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions.
o Proactive approach to anticipating potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
• Project Management:
o Ability to plan and organize, working well both in a team setting and independently.
o Extremely detail-oriented and able to both investigate deeply into the content of the material, but also look across the portfolio.

• Experience of Capital Markets products and their representation in trade capture or risk systems, complemented by Markets SME (e.g., risk & controls, trade lifecycle, etc.).

Overview
Markets Program Execution & Transformation is working on an initiative to create and execute a BAU Operating Model to bring Markets data under governance. This role is responsible for the execution of related workstreams in partnership with business SMEs and for proactively tracking project progress against goals. The position manages overall project execution using best practice project management methodologies, including maintaining plans, managing risks and issues, and adapting governance approaches to stakeholder needs. Responsibilities include preparing concise market activity and progress reports tailored to different audiences and providing review and challenge on reports prepared by other functions. This role acts as a representative of Markets to drive project outcomes and requires an appropriate level of knowledge, skills, and experience to recognize emerging problems and address issues effectively. The individual must clearly articulate challenges, bring the right stakeholders together to solve them, and ensure issues are appropriately resolved and closed. Success in this role requires promoting partner involvement through effective communication across a broad stakeholder landscape and defining, teaching, and enforcing sound project management practices by translating complex, interdependent activities into documented, monitored, and controlled tasks and sub-tasks.

Job Duties
• Execution of related workstreams partnering with business SMEs.
• Proactively tracking project progress against goals.
• Managing the overall project via best practice PM methodology (e.g., maintaining plans, risk, and issues, etc.) that fit stakeholders’ needs.
• Preparing concise Markets activity/progress reports adjusted to the audience.
• Providing checks and challenges on activity/progress reports by other functions.
• Driving results of the project as a representative of Markets.
• Having the appropriate level of knowledge, skills, and experience to be able to recognize when problems surface or potential problems are emerging.
• Clearly articulating problems, bringing the right people together to solve problems, and knowing when it has been properly addressed and closed.
• Promoting partner involvement through effectively communicating project status across a varied set of stakeholders.
• Defining, teaching, and enforcing the use of good project management practices (i.e., resolving complex, interdependent activities into tasks and sub-tasks that are documented, monitored, and controlled).
