• 6+ years of relevant industry experience

• Strong and proven track record in strategic project management, delivering complex solutions, and managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Significant experience in Capital Markets Transformation or similar Front Office roles

• Must have Capital Markets experience

• Must be able to work independently and face off with business stakeholders

• Strong data skills

• Familiarity with Market Risk, Finance, and Capital concepts

• Solid understanding of financial markets

• Strong knowledge of data management practices, data structures, and data governance

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Must be articulate and persuasive with the judgment and authority to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders

• Ability to deliver effective data storytelling and presentation skills to communicate complex information clearly

• Solid understanding of mechanisms to track and communicate performance

• Ability to drive change to business practices by working effectively across a global organization and understanding different perspectives

Overview:

We are seeking an agile, efficient, and diligent Project Manager to join the Markets Program Execution & Transformation team. This team is responsible for the timely execution of deliverables across transformative programs impacting Markets businesses, providing subject matter expertise, and ensuring the successful implementation of large-scale regulatory and business transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will support strategic program execution across multiple concurrent projects while partnering closely with business stakeholders, risk teams, product owners, front office functions, product control, and technology teams. This role requires a strong business-facing project manager with deep Capital Markets experience, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, and strong data expertise. The individual will be expected to work independently, influence senior stakeholders, manage dependencies, drive issue resolution, and provide leadership in project governance and execution. Success in this position requires a solid understanding of financial markets, market risk, finance, capital concepts, data governance, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills, enabling them to communicate complex concepts effectively and drive alignment across a global organization.



Job Duties

• Support Program Initiative Lead(s) to drive execution of strategic deliverables across multiple projects, including large, transformative regulatory programs

• Lead and participate in working groups, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to understand business requirements, define project plans, and manage timelines

• Provide subject matter expertise by offering guidance, support, and constructive challenge on business initiatives to ensure alignment with program strategy and data management practices

• Assist in ensuring that all target state tools, processes, and controls are effectively socialized and approved at the appropriate governance forum or level

• Manage internal and external dependencies across initiatives, working closely with Risk Managers, Product Owners, Front Office, Product Control, and Technology teams

• Identify challenges and proactively seek to resolve or escalate risks and issues in a timely and well-articulated manner by engaging relevant stakeholders and Project Managers

• Engage senior stakeholders by escalating and resolving issues as they arise while maintaining professional acumen

• Produce accurate and insightful project update materials and artifacts tailored to various forums and committees

• Utilize data storytelling techniques to enhance stakeholder understanding

• Build strong relationships and adopt a joined-up approach to support program execution

• Utilize modern AI tooling to improve project workflow and outcomes
