Job Description
Required Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree



Preferred Education:

• Master’s degree preferred, ideally in a quantitative/STEM discipline



Preferred License/Certification:

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is a plus



Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in Capital Markets within major/complex institutions (Tier 1 banks or top-tier consulting firms preferred)

• Strong program and project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives

• Demonstrated Capital Markets experience, including strong knowledge of market structures, products, trading environments, and the trade lifecycle across asset classes

• Experience delivering initiatives across Front Office, Trading, Sales, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify priorities, drive execution, and ensure timely delivery of project goals

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate insights clearly and influence senior stakeholders with sound judgment

• Proactive, highly organized self-starter with strong documentation discipline (BRDs, process flows, action logs, status reporting, audit trails)

• Strong understanding of applicable regulations and compliance requirements within Capital Markets

• Experience leading working groups, workshops, and stakeholder forums to gather requirements and align on strategic objectives

• Ability to identify synergies across programs/workstreams to optimize delivery timelines and maximize adoption

• Strong presentation, slide creation, spreadsheet, and data analysis skills



Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

• Consulting experience a plus

• Data analytics and SQL skills are a plus

• Exposure to trading-related domains such as credit risk, XVA, liquidity, collateral exposure, or related areas is helpful



Overview:

• Member of a core Program Management team responsible for driving timely delivery and cross-functional execution of strategic Capital Markets initiatives

• Expected to apply subject matter expertise and structured project governance to deliver functional, scalable, and sustainable solutions



Job Duties:

• Support Markets Transformation Initiative lead(s) in executing strategic deliverables

• Lead or participate in cross-functional working groups and stakeholder sessions

• Gather business requirements and draft project documentation in partnership with business and technology teams

• Provide subject matter guidance and constructive challenge to ensure initiatives align with overall strategy

• Ensure target-state tools, processes, and controls are properly socialized, governed, and approved

• Track deliverables, coordinate stakeholders, and provide clear status reporting and next steps
