Job Description
Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.



Certifications

• PMP certification.

• ITIL certification.

• CompTIA Network+ certification.

• Cisco certification.

• AWS certification.



Experience

• Minimum 6 years of IT Project Management experience with a strong focus on infrastructure projects.

• Proven success managing complex infrastructure initiatives involving cloud, networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and security technologies.

• Experience managing budgets, vendors, stakeholders, risk mitigation, and multiple projects in fast-paced enterprise environments.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, infrastructure deployment life cycles, and project delivery methodologies.



Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies including networking, virtualization, cloud services, servers, storage, and security.

• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project and Azure DevOps.

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, project planning, governance, budgeting, and performance monitoring processes.



Soft Skills

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.



Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects while ensuring projects remain on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress, manage stakeholder communication, ensure governance compliance, and drive successful project outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
