Job Description
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree

Preferred Education:
- Master's degree

Required Experience:
- 5-10 years of Project Management experience
- Full project management lifecycle experience (minimum 5 full project life cycles, preferably with MNCs)
- Global experience (LATAM, EMEA, NA)
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Expertise using a project planning management tool (Planview preferred)
- Strong stakeholder, risk, resource, and change management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively as a 100% individual contributor within 30 days

Preferred Experience:
- Financial Systems background (Oracle EBS or SAP)
- PMP certification (nice to have, not required)
- C-level engagement experience

Position Summary:
Senior Project Manager responsible for ensuring projects are completed successfully, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards, while managing risks, stakeholders, and resources effectively. Must be familiar with Planview and knowledgeable in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Candidate must be able to ramp up quickly, work independently, and lead meetings.

Job Duties:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, budget, and resources
- Manage project team and ensure activities are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and project teams
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and sponsors
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and processes are followed consistently
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or budget with proper documentation and approval
- Ensure timely and efficient project closure
