Job Description
Client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact strategic initiatives across multiple business units and properties nationwide.

In this role, you will oversee complex enterprise projects from planning through execution while partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. This position is ideal for an experienced project management professional who thrives in fast-paced, highly visible environments and enjoys driving large-scale organizational transformation.

Responsibilities
Lead multiple enterprise-wide strategic projects with significant business impact.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and governance documentation.
Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to establish priorities and maintain project alignment.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Property Leadership.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Facilitate executive meetings and provide leadership with clear project status updates.
Drive accountability across internal teams and third-party vendors.
Support organizational change management and successful implementation of new initiatives.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of enterprise project management experience.
Proven success delivering large-scale, cross-functional business initiatives.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in complex enterprise environments.
Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
Expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and governance.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Gaming or hospitality industry experience.
Experience within highly regulated industries.
PMP certification.
Experience leading enterprise technology, operational transformation, or strategic business initiatives.
