Required Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of experience in a project coordination, project support, or technical analyst role
• Experience supporting software implementations, system integrations, or data-driven projects
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Ability to translate business needs into clear documentation and requirements
• Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
• Experience using project tracking and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with courts, in the public sector, or in government IT environments
• Familiarity with data conversion processes and implementation lifecycles
• Experience coordinating vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to manage assigned workstreams with moderate oversight
Overview:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support complex, multi-phase court application implementation initiatives. This role will support subset projects within larger programs and work closely with program leadership, project managers, vendors, and business analysts to ensure deliverables, dependencies, and risks are tracked and addressed.
The ideal candidate brings prior experience supporting technical or software implementation projects and is comfortable working independently on assigned tasks while escalating issues as needed. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support requirements development and documentation for new court implementations and data conversion activities
• Assist in planning and coordinating data conversion efforts, including tracking dependencies and deliverables
• Maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and issue trackers
• Follow up on deliverables across internal teams, vendors, and external partners
• Facilitate requirements sessions, technical discussions, and solution walkthroughs as needed
• Track progress and support scope, timeline, and dependency management
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities
• Identify gaps, risks, and process issues and escalate appropriately
