Job Description
Required Experience
• 3–5+ years of project management experience,
• At least 2+ years in technical or software-related projects.
• Project and/or technical experience with cloud infrastructure, integrating APIs, middleware, security practices, and software architecture.
• Demonstrated experience working with IT teams, vendors, system integrations, or data-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/hybrid) and tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, or equivalent) with the ability to tailor approaches per project need.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with public sector, courts, or enterprise-level IT deployments.
• Familiarity with software implementation lifecycles, data conversion, and AWS and Azure Cloud/ GovCloud.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and complex stakeholder groups.
• PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
• Ability to operate with minimal direction and maintain strong organization in high-complexity environments.

Project Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead complex, multi-phase technology initiatives from planning through deployment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, can work independently, and is comfortable bridging business needs with technical execution. You will manage projects involving software implementations, system integrations, data migrations, and vendor coordination, while keeping cross-functional teams aligned and delivery on track.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end project management for technical and operational initiatives.
· Develop and maintain project plans, critical paths, and risk/issue logs (escalating if necessary).
· Coordinate deliverables between internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
· Facilitate requirements gathering, technical discussions, and solution walkthroughs.
· Track progress, manage scope, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
· Prepare executive-level updates, status reports, and documentation.
· Support testing, validation, and deployment activities.
· Identify process improvements and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
