Job Description
Required Skills:

• 10 years of experience in IT support focused on Project Management in infrastructure, especially data center build\relocations (10 Years)

• Has performed more than 3 data center moves/builds (Facilities\Network\Compute\Storage\Migrate) (10 Years)

• Led more than 2 (1000 users’ scope) corporate headquarters moves and was responsible for the networking and telecom procurement. New LAN \ MDF design-Build-Go-Live (10 Years)



The Technical Infrastructure PM will engage and assist the Team's effort in organizing, coordinating, and facilitating the relocation of the Primary Data Center from the current client location to the selected Co-Location facility



Job Duties:

• The infrastructure of information technology comprises hardware systems, software, network connections, and servers

• The PM will manage project efforts for DC (new)design\build\migrate LAN\MDF design build projects portfolio

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• Act as a change agent to improve overall processes and programs

• Provide guidance to the project team throughout the project lifecycle to meet applicable business requirements

• Support the development and deployment of project management standards, guidelines, and processes

• Ensure resource availability and allocation

• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

• Report and escalate to management as needed

• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis

• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs
