Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field

Preferred certifications:
• PMP Certification preferred

Required Experience/Skills
• 4+ years of Project Management / Capital Project Execution experience
• Experience leading cross-functional capital equipment and manufacturing projects from initiation through implementation
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications
• Manufacturing or Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to effectively collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Facilities, and Supply Chain teams
• Communication and Stakeholder Management experience
• Proven ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and facilitate decision-making
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred experience/skills:
• Medical device industry experience
• Experience supporting capital equipment installations and qualification activities (FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, EQ, or FAI)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools

Job Duties
• Lead capital equipment and manufacturing-related projects from planning through implementation
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Facilities, Supply Chain, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution
• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables
• Facilitate project meetings and drive action items to completion
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely issue resolution
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Support equipment procurement, installation, qualification, and production readiness activities
• Coordinate with external vendors regarding new equipment purchases, delivery schedules, installation plans, and project requirements
• Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives, quality standards, and operational requirements
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve project goals while maintaining timelines and budget expectations
