Job Description
Work Location: Fargo, ND; Sun Prairie, WI; Council Bluffs, IA; Ramsey, MN
Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Required Experience & Skills:
• Proven experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
• Experience working with Agile, Scaled Agile, and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams and cross-functional business units
• Experience in insurance or other regulated industries; agricultural or crop insurance experience is a strong plus
• Executive presence with the ability to report project status and risks to senior leadership
• Technical depth is not required; the role focuses on project management rather than technical solution design
Job Duties:
• Manage and oversee multiple IT projects from initiation through delivery
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions, and requirements-gathering activities
• Support quarterly planning cycles, including prioritization and alignment with business objectives
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, marketing, and compliance, to ensure project success
• Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies, and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
