• 10 years of IM/IT experience
• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• 2 years of experience in full lifecycle delivery
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing Agile projects throughout full project lifecycles
• Experience working with product ownership, development, and implementation teams
• Experience managing project schedules, risks, mitigation, and timelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work closely with executive stakeholders, technical teams, and business users
• Familiarity with architecture, data and analytics packages, integration, and reporting solutions

Project Manager Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Health Analytics, the Project Manager will provide leadership for data and analytics initiatives while serving as the liaison between stakeholders, product ownership, development teams, and client groups. The role requires strong Agile project delivery experience, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to guide projects from initiation through completion while ensuring delivery outcomes align with business objectives.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients and leadership teams to manage project timelines, risks, mitigation strategies, and delivery expectations. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with experience supporting data and analytics environments, IT systems, integration initiatives, and reporting solutions.
The position requires a strong consulting mindset with the ability to engage effectively with executives, technical teams, business analysts, and health authority stakeholders.
Job Duties:
• Work with stakeholders to understand desired project outcomes
• Build and manage the product backlog
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Lead Agile projects throughout full project lifecycles
• Work closely with clients regarding project status, risks, mitigation strategies, and timelines
• Advise clients and stakeholders on project outcomes and delivery strategies
• Lead data and analytics delivery teams
• Serve as liaison between product ownership, development teams, implementation teams, and stakeholders
• Apply knowledge of architecture, integration, analytics, and reporting solutions to support business objectives
• Prepare project management deliverables, schedules, and cost estimates
• Lead cross-functional technical and business teams
• Support communication with Regional Health Authority staff, technical analysts, business analysts, program leads, and executives
