Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of business analysis experience.
• 3+ years project management experience in medium-to-large IT projects.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience writing user stories and use cases.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation.

Position Summary
The Lead Business Analyst / Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end coordination. This position serves as the primary liaison project team members, ensuring that requirements are captured, documentation is accurate, schedules are maintained, and deliverables are completed on time. The role requires expertise in business analysis, project management, facilitation, and communication.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate all project management activities, including weekly status meetings, risk/issue tracking, and project planning.
• Create and maintain the detailed project schedule using Microsoft Project.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Develop the Business Requirements Document (BRD), Glossary, Process Maps, and Project Kickoff materials.
• Review and refine user stories, features, epics, and tasks in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Ensure all deliverables meet standards and are properly stored in the designated repository.
• Support in preparing the vendor solicitation document for system implementation.
• Collaborate with technical and reporting analysts to ensure accurate documentation of requirements, data flows, and system interactions.
