Senior Program Manager Overview:

• The Senior Program Manager serves as the central execution leader for a large-scale, multi-track program

• This is a hands-on delivery leadership role focused on driving execution, governance, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder communication

• The position is responsible for translating strategic objectives into structured execution plans and maintaining a disciplined delivery cadence across multiple work streams

• This role owns the integrated program plan, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, sequencing, and critical path management

• The Senior Program Manager leads execution activities, drives iteration planning, enforces delivery governance, manages change control processes, and ensures readiness criteria are met before work progresses through delivery phases

• The position partners closely with business and technology stakeholders, facilitating decision-making, resolving risks and issues, coordinating distributed teams, and maintaining alignment across program tracks

• The Senior Program Manager is also responsible for executive-level reporting, steering committee facilitation, program health monitoring, and delivery performance measurement

• Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, governance, and execution management skills, along with experience supporting global teams operating across multiple time zones



Job Duties:

• Own and maintain the integrated program plan across all workstreams

• Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities

• Drive daily and weekly execution cadence, including planning and review sessions

• Enforce delivery governance, readiness criteria, and phase gates

• Lead program re-baselining efforts and validate delivery timelines

• Manage program-level risks, issues, actions, and escalations

• Coordinate cross-track dependencies and resource planning activities

• Facilitate steering committee meetings and track decisions and action items

• Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and program updates

• Support change control processes and impact assessments

• Coordinate business and technology stakeholders to maintain delivery alignment

• Manage distributed teams across multiple geographic locations

• Monitor offshore delivery performance and operational effectiveness

• Partner with technical teams to manage sequencing and technical dependencies

• Track velocity, quality metrics, and overall program health

• Ensure consistent communication across stakeholders and leadership teams
