Management Consulting Project Manager Overview
• Management Consulting Project Manager to join the Global Business Services Programs & Strategic Initiatives team supporting enterprise-wide strategic transformation initiatives.
• This role is responsible for leading complex cross-functional programs, driving organizational change, and partnering with senior business leaders to successfully deliver strategic initiatives across U.S. and international operations.
Job Duties
• Lead multiple strategic enterprise initiatives
• Develop and manage project plans and roadmaps
• Coordinate cross-functional project execution
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and risks
• Partner with senior business sponsors
• Prepare executive-level presentations and status reports
• Facilitate governance meetings
• Develop KPIs and performance reporting
• Drive organizational readiness activities
• Support strategic planning initiatives
• Build relationships across business units
• Ensure project methodology compliance
• Manage project dependencies and issue resolution
• Coordinate with international teams
