• 3+ years of experience in management consulting firms

• Experience solving complex and ambiguous business problems
• Experience driving transformation initiatives in a global environment
• Ability to establish expectations and influence key stakeholders

Project Manager 5 Overview
• Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Global Business Services Programs & Strategic Initiatives team
• Responsible for coordinating, planning, developing, and implementing moderate to large-scale business projects and readiness initiatives
• Supports strategic and complex transformation initiatives across U.S. and international offices
• Serves as the primary point of accountability for planning, execution, implementation, and reporting of multiple large-scale projects
• Works cross-functionally with stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive enterprise-wide initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Utilizes project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Provides consistent project updates, progress reporting, and strategic communication to stakeholders
• Develops and monitors KPIs and project performance metrics
• Operates with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Collaborates effectively across teams while maintaining a strong focus on delivery excellence

Job Duties
• Coordinate, plan, develop, and implement moderate to large-scale business projects
• Lead readiness initiatives across domestic and international offices
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for project planning and execution
• Manage project implementation, reporting, and day-to-day activities
• Monitor project tasks and controls to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Apply project and program management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and manage global programs
• Develop project scope, objectives, KPIs, and monitoring processes
• Utilize project management tools to track performance and schedule adherence
• Provide regular project updates and progress reporting to stakeholders
