Job Description
PREFERRED CERTIFICATION:
• PMP Certified
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in IT Project Management: 5 Years
• Strong knowledge of information systems development life cycle, information technology, project tools and approaches to development and implementation: 5 Years
• Experience with multiple methodologies including agile and waterfall: 5 Years
• Ability to translate technology terms and explain concepts of SDLC to program/business folks who have little to no exposure to large software projects: 5 Years
• Ability to work with technical team members, and other IT professionals to flesh out project plans and risk registers and overcome obstacles: 5 Years
• Strong communication and presentation skills: 5 Years

• Prior experience working on large software projects as a Senior IT PM
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Responsible for relationship management, project planning, resource management, tactical execution, and the creation and/or oversight of final project deliverables. ln this position, you will collaborate with senior management, stakeholders and the team to meet business objectives and provide professional leadership & mentorship fostering respect and trust to inspire others to pursue excellence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee multiple projects to ensure proper management towards successful conclusion
• Manage large enterprise-type projects that involve multiple internal stakeholders or contracted resources
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans
• Define users and project team member's roles and responsibilities on the project
• Define user requirements, deliverables, and approvals
• Coordinate and monitor activities of all stakeholders to ensure timelines and budgets are met
• Communicate project status to management and project stakeholders
• Mentor and provide guidance to lower-level Project Managers including recommending training and experience - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
