Business Project Manager



Required Education:

Bachelor's degree



Required Qualifications:

10+ years of project management experience

5+ years of Banking experience

Familiarity with Treasury and Payments Solutions

Basic understanding of project management fundamentals

Ability to manage diverse group of stakeholders

Good business communication

Ability to lead teams in a dynamic matrixed environment



Responsibilities:

Lead project management activities throughout project lifecycle (Initiate, Plan, Execute and Realize stages).

Work with Business Unit sponsors to establish project structure and initiate project routines (identify stakeholders, establish working group structures/ cadences, lead cross-functional workgroup sessions, etc.).

PM will work within the program construct that has been established for coordination of multiple Wholesale Payments related projects.

Complete all relevant project planning activities and related documentation (will follow existing project delivery methodology and create deliverables based on existing/approved artifact templates).

Manage project financials and project execution activities through coordination with relevant partners.

Coordinate business enablement, commercialization, client and teammate readiness activities with stakeholders (product, operations, client success, marketing, legal, risk, compliance, etc.).

Lead routine Project Leadership, Core Team and Workstream cadences.

Provide routine status updates, dashboards, and executive summary materials across required forums (project & program level).

Document project dependencies, identify risks and issues and help coordinate mitigation/resolution actions.

Maintain adequate project documentation to meet all Enterprise and Business Unit standards (project management, commercialization, change management, risk assessment requirements, etc.).
