Job Description
Education:

• Master’s Degree or equivalent professional experience



Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives

• Background in financial services or top-tier consulting (e.g., Big Four or equivalent)

• Experience managing both strategic and operational transformation efforts

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to operate effectively in high-expectation environments

• Willingness to travel up to 25%



Preferred Requirements:

• Experience within banking operations or management consulting

• Working knowledge across multiple domains, including banking, finance, and enterprise transformation

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development



Job Duties:

• Lead and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the client's priorities

• Manage end-to-end initiative lifecycle including ideation, scoping, funding (CapEx/OpEx), execution, and benefit realization

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

• Apply and promote Strategic Execution standards for project management, reporting, and risk/issue management

• Develop and deliver executive-level reporting and insights to stakeholders

• Provide governance and oversight across initiatives to ensure alignment and accountability

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders and key business partners

• Support financial tracking and management of initiatives

• Contribute thought leadership on industry trends, banking operations, analytics, and consulting best practices

• Help shape the vision, strategy, and brand of the Strategic Execution function



Job Summary:

The Strategic Execution (SE) team within Bank Operations serves as an internal strategy consulting function, focused exclusively on driving impactful, enterprise-wide initiatives. This team is responsible for designing and delivering strategies that enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk, and improve both customer and employee experiences.

As a Strategic Execution Manager, you will play a critical role in leading high-impact initiatives—from rapid problem-solving engagements to large, multi-year transformation programs. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to deliver measurable business outcomes.
