Job Description
Education

• Bachelor's / University degree or equivalent experience.



Required Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience, with exposure to AI solution delivery and/or supporting AI/automation initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to work across functions and support engagement with senior stakeholders; strong track record of building relationships and increasing collaboration.

• Knowledge of, or hands-on experience with, AI solutions (agentic AI, LLMs) and an interest in staying current with the latest AI guidance and governance practices.

• Ability to learn quickly, work in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and take on varied assignments as needs arise.

• Strong ability to think strategically and analytically, and to creatively problem-solve.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.

• Willingness to learn and adopt new tools and processes.

• Proficient in key software tools such as MS Office, JIRA and SharePoint.



Preferred Qualifications

• Financial Services / Banking experience desirable.

• Prior hands-on experience with AI solution delivery is desirable.



Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional collaboration: Help bring Finance, Technology and other stakeholders together so AI and automation solutions are shaped jointly — providing the coordination groundwork that moves initiatives toward delivery.

• Support idea-to-pathway connection: Help capture business needs, support the mapping of ideas to potential solution pathways, and help engage the right SMEs so promising ideas progress into actionable solutions.

• Tracking & follow-through: Help maintain the AI/automation use-case solutions inventory, document action items from discussions, follow up with responsible parties, and chase resolution across the Tech teams to keep commitments and initiatives on track. For assigned initiatives, track status, maintain the plan, generate metrics and status reports, and conduct status meetings on required frequency.

• Coordination & oversight support: Maintain visibility of what is proposed and in flight, help keep the right people engaged, and surface dependencies, risks and progress to support timely delivery.

• Support reusability & standards: Help promote adherence to the organization's evolving AI guidance, so teams deliver consistent, compliant solutions.

• Support Enterprise & governance engagement: Help prepare for and follow up on engagement with Enterprise partners and AI governance bodies, so alignment on architecture, patterns and governance is confirmed early and tracked to closure.

• Support business engagement & transparency: Help sustain a regular rhythm with business and Tech stakeholders — preparing materials, capturing outcomes, and keeping stakeholders informed of priorities and progress.

• Continuous improvement: Contribute ideas and groundwork to improve how the team collaborates, reuses assets and governs AI work, supporting better speed and quality of delivery over time.



Job Overview:

• As a member of Treasury, Liquidity & Forecasting Technology's (TLFT's) Strategic AI, Automation and Productivity Programs team, this individual will support shaping, coordinating, planning and tracking AI, automation and productivity solutions across the Treasury, Liquidity and Forecasting domains. The focus of this role is on helping driving cross-functional collaboration, adherence to the organization's AI standards and governance, and engagement with the Tech, Finance and Enterprise partners.

• This person is self-motivated and takes initiative to partner closely with technology senior leads, Finance business stakeholders, Enterprise AI governance bodies, and other contributors — ensuring that AI solutions are shaped jointly within Technology, aligned to the latest organizational guidance.
