Job Description
Note: The role is open to qualified candidates able to work 24 to 40 hours per week. Role will be hybrid with 3 days required in office and allowance of up to 2 days remote per week. First month of work shall be in office for all work hours to account for training, etc.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Required:
3–5 years of contract management or contract administration experience.
Experience negotiating commercial contracts.
Strong understanding of contract compliance and risk management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or aerospace organizations is preferred.
Knowledge:
• Thorough professional knowledge in one Sub Job Family, based on practical experience and theoretical foundation.
• Focus on applying and expanding acquired knowledge base.
• Application of knowledge in broader professional context
Job Summary:
• Analyses and comments on tenders, contracts and contract related documents and gives proactive advice. Supports LoA process and checks compliance with other internal guidelines and / or processes.
• Participates in contract negotiations and in formulation/implementation of negotiation strategy.
• Ensures Project Execution.
• Ensure adherence to internal standards and compliance with external regulations.
• Develops, implements and regularly reviews the claim strategy with regards to customers, sub-suppliers and partners together with project management.
• Captures internal data and prepares presentations and analyses.
• Contributes to standardization of contracts and improvement processes.

• Needs to consider processes and results, generated in other workflows and disciplines, implies conditions and environments, and values significance to contribute effectively to team results.
• Needs experienced level of analytical and distinctive conceptual skills to solve issues given, which may differ in size and nature.
Key Responsibilities:
