Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives from concept through delivery. This role is responsible for managing scope, budget, resources, risk, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful execution within established standards and timelines.
Qualifications:
• 6+ years of IT project management experience
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and financial reporting
• Experience participating in vendor selection and RFP processes
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business stakeholders and leadership to define project objectives and manage expectations
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Build and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability throughout the lifecycle
• Lead or support RFP/RFI processes, including vendor evaluation and selection
• Drive build vs. buy analysis and recommend solution approaches
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Assign and oversee project workstreams to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Maintain reporting and governance documentation aligned with enterprise standards
