Job Description
Note:
• This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week onsite in either our San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY office. Wednesday attendance is mandatory.
Basic Qualifications:
• 4+ years' experience in project management, social impact programs, operations, and partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve program outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong analytical thinker who excels at data analysis including SQL and working with software and tools to measure and drive program success
• Exceptional organizational and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize across multiple projects
• Strong knowledge, skills, and passion for developing and implementing operationally efficient processes and systems
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
• Proactive self-starter who moves with a sense of urgency and possesses a solutions-oriented, growth mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and planning skills.?

Client Social Impact team creates economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce by connecting professionals overcoming barriers to the networks, skills and knowledge needed to succeed. This role is part of the Programs and Partnerships team within Social Impact, focused on driving strategic workforce development partnerships and strategies as well as employee and community engagement programs.
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to support our Career Outcomes Tracker pilot, a game-changing new body of work to provide workforce development organizations across sectors with Client data and insights to understand the immediate and long-term outcomes of their programs.
This hands-on, fast-paced role blends operational execution, creative problem solving, and effective communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, collaborative, passionate about social impact, and have experience managing complex executive-facing projects. Success in this role will require someone to have strong operational prowess, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day project management of Career Outcomes Tracker (COT) program to expedite alignment and execution of cross-functional workstreams
• Manage participant onboarding experience for selected organizations including vetting process, introduction presentations, and follow-up
• Manage ongoing calls and milestone checkpoints with participating organizations, including synthesizing feedback, program outcomes and exit interviews
• Manage legal and contracting process for organizations selected to participate in program
• Manage internal and external coordination with technology vendor including license access and ongoing touchpoints
• Support marketing and storytelling plan for overarching Career Outcomes Tracker program
• Create clarity through effective management of relevant and timely internal program communications and channels to drive program progress and key stakeholder engagement including program FAQs and policies
• Optimize effective measurement and reporting systems and processes to showcase program outcomes and help the team make data-driven decisions, creating monthly and quarterly data reports, conducting data cleanups to ensure accurate tracking, and utilize data agency dashboards
• Collaborate across the global Social Impact team to support the execution of global programs and initiatives, events, campaigns, marketing moments, and special projects that further embed social impact into our work.
