Job Description
***Only qualified Senior Strategy Manager located near the San Diego, CA OR Mountain View, CA or San Francisco, CA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

Required Skills:
• 3 years' experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in a respected operating company's strategy function preferred
• 4+ years of work experience; familiarity with SaaS business models helpful
• Excellent strategic problem solving, influencing and results orientation
• Ability to both lead strategy as well as support (or lead) implementation
• Strong communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills
• Well-rounded interpersonal skills with the capacity to build trust-based relationships with teammates and across teams to drive outcomes
• Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on leadership roles within project

Description:
• Come join the client’s CG (Consumer Group) Commercialization Team as a Senior Strategy Manager.
• Our team focuses on crafting the long-term vision and growth strategies for CG in collaboration with senior leadership and works across numerous cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with CG Sr. Leadership team, Priority sponsors and BizOps to define CG business unit strategy on critical topics, e.g. developing a consumer finance platform
• Partner with executive sponsor(s) of high-priority focus areas to ensure we are moving as one team. Examples of this include ensuring a cohesive business strategy for building a consumer finance platform and for consumer money offerings
• Drive results across organizational boundaries – working with other CG teams within and outside the CG Commercialization org such as Research/Insights, Analytics, and consumer Money teams across TurboTax and Credit Karma
• Look for ways to grow our ecosystem beyond current offerings. Lead initial work for new and future launches for CG (before handing over to the enduring team). Prior year examples include TurboTax Verified Pro and Business Tax
• Provide thought leadership and analytical horsepower to important business decisions.
• Lead exploratory work at direction of SLT and support broader CG projects
• Develop and apply highly effective team operating mechanisms to achieve business objectives and continued growth
• Ensure speed, quality and shared vision by getting the right people involved in decisions.
