• IT Project Management Skills, Process Management, Familiarity with Client processes

Job Responsibilities:
• The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full technology workstream, including coordination across product vendors, service vendors, and internal business partners. The role requires developing and maintaining a comprehensive project plan in Microsoft Project, as well as coordinating and managing progress across multiple Client teams and technology domains
• Providing Weekly Status reports at regular intervals to both Operational team and to Management
• Additionally, the Project Manager must be able to quickly adapt and effectively coordinate activities related to Service Transition Planning & Support, as well as the Quality Design and Architecture Review Team processes
