Job Description
Required Education:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Education:
• Bachelors desired if possible

Preferred License/Certification:
• PMP certification desired if possible

Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Minimum Years of Experience: 5
• Demonstrated project management skills, including schedule development and maintenance, milestone tracking, status reporting, issue and risk management, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive accountability, and support cross-functional teams in achieving critical deliverables and deadlines.

Preferred Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Experience within the electric utility industry, particularly supporting asset management, capital planning, or regulatory programs.
• Demonstrated success project managing complex, cross-functional initiatives, including the development and delivery of strategic investment plans, regulatory filings (e.g., GRC, RAMP, WMP), or other executive- and regulator-facing documentation.
• Ability to navigate diverse stakeholder perspectives and build alignment across regulatory, finance, risk, strategy, and operational organizations.
