Job Details:
As a Partner Success team member, you play a critical role in helping to plan and operationalize some of Client's most important business and revenue-driving initiatives. You act as a liaison within the organization, bridging the gap between the company's strategic goals and execution. You are a valued member of the business and are embedded within our verticals to deliver a win-win-win for our members, our internal horizontal and vertical counterparts, and our partners. You will build, run, and iterate on enterprise programs that drive business value and revenue throughout the lifecycle of a partner. You utilize your technical domain expertise and partner relationships to advise on the feasibility and practicality of new product initiatives.
You should have a high sense of ownership, a natural interest in continuously improving the way business processes work, and possess a strong ability to communicate technical capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Duties:
• Drive partner lifecycle end-to-end — lead net-new partner onboarding and deepen existing partner relationships within the Client marketplace, from ideation through delivery, owning the overall onboarding experience and using feedback to continuously improve internal/external processes.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for partners and leadership — communicating directly during implementation, escalations, and day-to-day service requests (including triaging and resolving cases in the Salesforce queue).
• Leverages deep domain expertise and quickly learns content and context to add immediate value within a program - engages the right experts and leaders to mobilize a cross-functional team to deliver on program outcomes.
• Own full-funnel reporting and data integrity — map complex partner data schemas to Client standards, investigate data discrepancies against trends/expectations, and develop methods to identify, monitor, and remedy data gaps and inconsistencies, partnering cross-functionally for insight and resolution.
• Lead cross-functional issue remediation — drive root cause analysis and resolution of revenue-impacting issues (site incidents, data ingestion failures, compliance violations).
• Maintain website accuracy and compliance — update pages to reflect partner offer specifications, ensuring timeliness and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence across owned programs and partner-facing content.
• Own/contribute to technical and product requirement documents, acting as subject matter expert, and communicate new or changing product requirements to partners to ensure adherence.
• Build scalable operational infrastructure — help establish and automate recurring processes using Partner Success workload/project management tools, and support standardized reporting frameworks to improve speed and accuracy
