Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree
Preferred Education:
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil/Architectural Engineering preferred
Required Skills:
• 10+ years of progressive experience in design, construction, and/or project management, including interior improvements and major capital projects
• Proven ability to lead multiple project teams and manage end-to-end capital projects.
• Expertise in design and delivery of corporate office spaces, with a deep understanding of project development, design phase, construction, fit-out, and closeout. Proficiency in preparing and analyzing project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with user groups, stakeholders, jurisdictions and city planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and software like PlanGrid, Coupa, Oracle, along with a willingness to learn, utilize and drive AI tools and pilot new AI collaboration (5+ years)
• Project Leadership: Lead and deliver capital projects across the USA and globally, ensuring exceptional user experiences
• Strategic Project Planning: Define project requirements, including scope, budget, and schedule, during the front-end planning process
• Design Oversight: Collaborate with Intuit's design team and external consultants to lead the design process
• Vendor Management: Oversee and manage external project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Project Execution: Lead all phases of projects, end-to-end, from initiation and design to construction, FF&E, occupancy, and closeout
• Budget & Schedule Management: Prepare and analyze project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts. Develop and analyze project schedules, including procurement lead times and activity relationships. Maintain accurate project status reports and updates and ensure adherence to workplace procedures
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Accounting, Corporate Communications, Real Estate, Space Planning & Occupancy, Technology, Security, and Site Operations
Best Practices: Identify and implement industry best practices to enhance project delivery and facility operations. Utilize AI and other tools to improve productivity and workflows
Preferred Skills:
