The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream ERP programs in large organizations, is skilled at navigating ambiguity, and can quickly assess an environment, identify the highest-priority risks, and mobilize teams to action. This role will serve as the central liaison between PTP operations and the Oracle Fusion program team, ensuring that invoicing, disbursements, vendor onboarding, and PTP Stakeholder Service functions are fully represented, stabilized, and optimized throughout the migration and beyond.
Job Duties
• Serve as the primary PTP liaison to the Oracle Fusion implementation program team
• Ensure PTP business requirements are accurately captured, prioritized, and reflected in Oracle Fusion system design, configuration, and testing
• Facilitate alignment between the Oracle Fusion program team and PTP functional leads on scope, timelines, design decisions, and change impacts
• Track open items, design gaps, and decision logs across all PTP workstreams and ensure timely resolution with the appropriate stakeholders
• Represent PTP in key program governance forums, steering committees, and executive briefings

• Identify and prioritize stabilization initiatives based on operational risk, business impact, and alignment to Oracle Fusion go-live milestones
• Establish a structured program governance model including workstream tracking, risk and issue management, dependency mapping, and executive reporting cadence
• Drive accountability across PTP functional leads, Technology partners, and business stakeholders to ensure stabilization milestones are met on time
• Manage interdependencies between stabilization workstreams and the Oracle Fusion migration timeline

• Conduct root cause analysis on systemic operational issues impacting PTP performance
• Lead governance over the hypercare program, including the issue prioritization framework, escalation protocols, and go/no-go decisions for process handoffs
• Escalate blockers and critical risks to the SVP, Source-to-Pay, the SVP, PTP GPO, and other senior stakeholders in a clear, concise, and timely manner
• Develop and execute a change management and readiness plan for Oracle Fusion go-live across all PTP functions
• Partner with functional leads to assess team readiness for Oracle Fusion adoption and identify training or resource gaps
• Coordinate hypercare and stabilization support plans for each PTP function following Oracle Fusion go-live
• Drive alignment on cutover planning, parallel run strategies, and fallback procedures across all PTP workstreams
• Define and monitor enterprise PTP KPIs and SLAs, and present performance dashboards and risk assessments to executive teams as required
• Design and deliver a comprehensive PTP program dashboard providing real-time visibility into stabilization initiative status, Oracle Fusion readiness, key milestones, risks, and open issues
• Produce regular executive-level status reporting for the SVP, Source-to-Pay and senior leadership team
