- 4+ years of experience in traffic coordination, advertising operations, or related roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital and web advertising platforms
- Working knowledge of HTML (preferred for web ad placement)
- Experience analyzing advertising or campaign performance data
Job Summary
The Traffic Coordinator II is responsible for ensuring projects move efficiently through the workflow from initiation to completion. This role supports advertising and marketing operations by coordinating schedules, managing logistics, and facilitating communication across departments and with external vendors to ensure timely and effective ad placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure projects move seamlessly through the work process from start to completion
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
- Process invoices and enter data into program logs
- Interact with external vendors to coordinate services and deliverables
- Create and maintain work schedules to track and prioritize responsibilities across departments
- Schedule activities and establish objectives for assigned work groups
- Send communications to corporate offices and internal employees
Functional Overview – Traffic Coordination
- Coordinate advertising placement across multiple media platforms
- Partner with marketing, advertising, development, and sales teams to maximize campaign impact
- Ensure advertisements maintain consistent tone, messaging, and proper audience targeting
- Confirm ads are tailored appropriately for each media channel
- Collect and analyze campaign performance data, including reach, sales, and reconciliation metrics
- Perform statistical analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Report findings to sales and creative teams to improve future advertising and sales strategies - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
