Job Description
Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, program operations, project coordination, or a related operations/GTM support role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or platform company

• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple recurring workstreams and deadlines at once, across different lines of business

• Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing materials for a leadership audience

• Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Confluence, Google Workspace/Excel, Salesforce, or similar operational tools

• A proactive, detail-oriented approach — someone who follows up, closes loops, and keeps things moving without needing to be asked twice

• Comfort working in ambiguity and learning a growing, multi-pillar organization's structure as it's being built

• Collaborative mindset; able to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across Program Management, Sales, and Partner-facing teams

Preferred Skills

• Prior exposure to partner programs, channel programs, strategic account management, or ecosystem/industry relations operations (3-5+ years)

• Previous B2B, SaaS or platform company experience (3-5+ years)

Duties:

Operating Rhythm Support

• Help plan and run the cadence of touchpoints (SteerCo, QBR, MBR, WBR, OpMech) across the org's pillars — scheduling, pre-read prep and distribution, note-taking, and follow-up tracking

• Track action items from each forum through to completion and flag anything at risk of slipping

• Maintain a shared calendar of recurring touchpoints across pillars and help keep it free of unnecessary overlap

Cross-Team Coordination

• Help triage incoming asks, questions, and escalations across GPP, Strategic Accounts, Industry Relations, and Enablement, and route them to the person with the right decision authority

• Track open escalations against defined SLAs and flag items approaching or past due

• Support the team's escalation and governance model, including light reporting on where we stand against the Partner Program Operational Maturity Model

Centralized Intake Management

• Own day-to-day administration of the centralized intake process for net-new requests across the org, including requests to engage accountants and partners (e.g., feedback sessions, case studies, research asks, Accountant Council/Partner Council participation)

• Track partner and accountant engagement requests to help ensure rotation across the partner base so the same partners aren't repeatedly tapped

• Maintain the centralized repository of partner and accountant insights, verbatims, and feedback so it stays current and easy for the team to search

• Flag and route requests that fall outside the defined intake process (e.g. program strategy decisions, operational execution) to the appropriate leads

Reporting & Metrics Support

• Assist with pulling together reporting materials across the org's pillars (e.g., program recruitment and adoption, strategic account agreements, accountant sentiment, certification and enablement progress) and translating raw metrics into clear, leadership-ready summaries

• Maintain reporting templates and help ensure consistency across recurring readouts

• Support ad hoc data requests from the Program Management & Operations team

General Program & Operations Support

• Provide administrative and organizational support across Program Management, Business Operations, and Program Operations workstreams as needed, spanning all four pillars of the org

• Help maintain documentation and trackers that keep the team's operating model repeatable and easy to onboard new team members into
  • **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**

  • **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.**
