Required Skills:
• 3–5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, and/or community engagement

• Strong technical and data aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides, including building trackers, dashboards, and reporting from multiple data sources
• Strong customer service skills, with experience troubleshooting directly with end users or clients
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a matrixed or cross-functional organization

• As part of the Customer Success team, and reporting to the Program Lead, the IDEAS Program Coordinator plays a critical role in the execution and operational success of the Client IDEAS (Invest, Develop, Empower, Accelerate, Scale) program.
• Client IDEAS is a year-long small business accelerator designed to help local entrepreneurs grow and scale their businesses. The program combines Client AI-driven platform and expert network with the deep, on-the-ground expertise of trusted community partners. IDEAS provides selected entrepreneurs with free access to Client core products—including Mailchimp, QuickBooks, and TurboTax—along with one-on-one support from Client experts and personalized coaching from partner organizations.
• The IDEAS Program Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, product provisioning, data and reporting, and internal coordination required to successfully deliver this complex, high-touch accelerator. This role is especially critical during the program's recruitment and onboarding period, when newly recruited businesses need to be fully set up on Client products ahead of the program's official launch.

Duties:
Product Provisioning & Technical Operations
• Support the QuickBooks Online setup and cleanup process, including supportability, access issues, and escalations
• Support resolution of product carryover issues between cohorts, including extensions for former cohort members
• Help develop and improve the system for product provisioning for future IDEAS cohorts
Data & Reporting
• Build and own the program's monthly reporting process, consolidating dashboards, partner metrics, and KPIs into a single recurring report
• Maintain trackers and dashboards using Google Sheets and Slides
• Develop self-serve resources (FAQs, setup guides, walkthrough videos) to reduce recurring support needs
• Escalate technical/product questions directly; route non-technical participant questions to the appropriate teammate
Participant Support
• Manage incoming participant queries across all channels — the shared inbox and questions posted on the community platform
• Serve as a front-line point of contact for participant questions, escalating technical issues appropriately and routing others to the right teammate
• Troubleshoot technical setup issues directly with participants
Program Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with program leadership on day-to-day operations, documentation, and internal coordination
• Support workshop logistics and materials preparation
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across product, support, and operations to keep the program running smo - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
