Education required: High School

• How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate?: At least 2-3 years of professional work experience, office settings

• Specific Systems Knowledge Required: Microsoft Office , Excel

• Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: Epic

• Expected Shift: 0630-3pm or 830am-5pm, every other weekend and holiday required

• Interview Process: TEAMS interviews- 30 mins, camera capabilities

• Top Three things Worker will be doing: Supporting case management and social work team with referral management, delivering durable medical equipment (folding walkers, oxygen tanks), making post hospital discharge appointments, other clerical duties as assigned, creating daily case management and social worker assignments

• Top Three Skillsets needed: Organization, Time management, Attention to Detail, Communication (verbal, written, phone etiquette)


Job Description: Supports one or more mid to senior-level managers. Works in a diverse and more complex environment; and includes some customer and executive contact. Performs more complex administrative activities, composing letters and reports, and recommending or making purchase decisions. Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. Duties may include more complex administrative activities: compose letters based on template that will be provided, supply order/entry. Has intermediate to advanced computer skills including: word processing, spreadsheet, and basic presentation or database applications; and may train others
