Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.



Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience supporting programs, recruiting operations, employee experience, hr, university recruiting, project coordination, or event management.

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience partnering across teams and coordinating stakeholder communications to drive initiatives forward.



Preferred

• Experience supporting internship, university recruiting, or early career talent programs.

• Experience creating newsletters, presentations, emails, and communications for digital channels such as slack

• Familiarity with adobe acrobat or adobe creative cloud.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.



About The Role



We are seeking an emerging talent program specialist to support the execution of internship and recent college graduate (RCG) programs across the Americas. this role is responsible for coordinating program operations, communications, events, and participant experiences while partnering closely with recruiting, HR, and cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class experience for interns and early career talent.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional employee experience.



Key Responsibilities

Emerging Talent Program Operations

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for the Americas internship and recent college graduate (RCG) programs, including program activities, logistics, communications, and participant engagement.

• Manage intern onboarding activities, including day 1 communications, distribution lists, and slack channel administration.

• Coordinate weekly intern feedback surveys, exit surveys, and special request tracking.

• Support intern Offboarding activities in partnership with hr and it.

• Maintain program documentation, resources, and operational processes.



Communications & Content Management

• Maintain and update emerging talent hub pages to ensure content is accurate and current.

• Design and distribute newsletters for interns and recent college graduates.

• Create recruiting communications and branded graphics, including "I’m joining" and "apply now" assets.

• Manage abode communication setup, tracking, and reporting.

• Facilitate engagement through intern and RCG slack communities with regular communications and updates.



Events & Logistics

• Coordinate logistics for emerging talent programming, including speaker sessions, intern events, RCG activities, and recruiting events as needed.

• Manage calendars and scheduling for emerging talent programs and events.

• Coordinate room reservations and meeting logistics across America’s locations.

• Support the planning and execution of special events that enhance the intern and RCG experience.



Cross-Functional Partnership

• Partner with recruiting, hr, it, communications, facilities, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.

• Track project timelines, deliverables, and operational milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements to enhance program efficiency and participant experience.



What Success Looks Like

• Emerging talent programs are executed efficiently, on schedule, and with a high level of quality.

• Interns and recent college graduates receive timely, engaging, and accurate communications throughout their program.

• Events and logistics are well organized and deliver a positive participant experience.

• Program content, resources, and operational documentation remain accurate and up to date.

• Cross-functional partners view the specialist as a reliable, proactive partner who consistently delivers operational excellence.
