• Experience reviewing vendor invoices for contractual compliance.

• Experience validating the completeness and accuracy of invoices against contracts.

• Experience verifying required documentation is complete and properly signed.

• Experience entering accurate accounting information in SAP.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional email communication.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to stay focused while performing detail-oriented work.

• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with vendors and project teams.



Preferred Skills

• Experience with invoice processing, validation, or approval workflows.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.



Role Overview

The Project Coordinator I will support invoice and project-related processes by reviewing vendor invoices for contractual compliance and accuracy. The role will ensure required documentation is complete and properly signed before invoices are processed. This position will use SAP to enter accounting information and route invoices to the appropriate approver. Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through are essential to the role.



Duties

• Review vendor invoices for compliance with contractual requirements.

• Validate invoices against contracts for completeness and accuracy.

• Verify that required supporting documentation is included and properly signed.

• Enter appropriate accounting information in SAP.

• Route invoices to the appropriate approver.

• Communicate with vendors and project teams regarding invoice-related questions or missing information.

• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and timely completion.
