Job Description
Required Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in experience



Required Experience:

• 1+ years’ experience in brand management, franchise management/marketing, or licensing



Required Qualifications:

• Experience in supporting drafts and development of strategy in go-to-market plans for entertainment.

• A background in social media/marketing is helpful, but the ideal is someone who has interned at an enterprise organization in entertainment, truly supporting the brand development strategy in a support role.

• Experience with the entertainment industry

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Highly organized, ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to build strong relationships by working collaboratively across multi-functional teams

• Self-starter, dependable, proactive, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills



Required Technical Skills:

• Strong PowerPoint skills (presentation and slide creation), MS Office including Word, Excel

• Working with SharePoint shared drive or similar required.



Responsibilities:

• Looking for a candidate who can fill out brand plans for our franchises

• Verifying information internally on information for the plans

• Understanding insights and consumer trends relevant to the franchise

• Knowing how to translate that information to strategy for the brand

• Making suggestions for bringing that strategy to life.

• They may support content management systems, but this is a plus.
