Job Description

• Title: Project Consultant Key Tasks include: -
• Partner with our PIC and Medical Office Controller (MOC) to develop a budget shortfall remediation plan inclusive of physician, non-physician/ancillary, and non-payroll areas.
• Develop a communication plan for the new PIC with his medical center constituents -unique and specific to their needs (physician and non-physician leaders, front line physicians, front line staff, hospital and health plan representatives)
• Consult on leadership team and operational oversight structure redesign -consult on leadership development, in particular physician leadership development in service of the three areas of strategic focus outlined above. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
