Job Duties
• Provides project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area.
• Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services.
• Acts as a project liaison with other departments.
• Compiles and analyzes information for assigned projects or areas and makes recommendations based on findings.
• Assessment of quarterly onboarding surveys.
• Prepare and structure categorization of Japanese-language comments from surveys to enable further analysis.
• Support improvements to customer-facing Japanese-language web pages and collateral materials.
• Distribute customer email communications and correspondence.
• Send webinar invitations, follow-up thank you emails, and outreach emails.
• Receive tax forms directly from customers.
• Acknowledge receipt of customer tax forms.
• Forward tax forms to Tax Operations.
• Conduct follow-up communications as needed.
• Perform data analysis.
• Edit and review collateral materials.
• Communicate directly with customers.
• Monitor and report on customer email communications after distribution.
• Handle and process customer correspondence.
Typical Day
• Analyze Japanese-language customer survey responses.
• Organize and categorize customer feedback for reporting.
• Review and improve Japanese-language customer materials.
• Coordinate customer email campaigns and follow-up communications.
• Receive and process customer tax documentation.
• Monitor communication effectiveness and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments on project-related activities.
