Job Description
Education:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Preferred Education:
• Associate degree or equivalent coursework in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions;
• Ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records;
• Proficiency with basic computer and office software;
• Strong communication and customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, monitoring CPUC timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring strict adherence to MPU procedures.
