Required Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of focused hands-on experience in .NET, C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS engineering, design, and development
• Proven technical or team leadership experience (minimum 2 years)
• Strong strategic and architectural thinking with experience planning system deployments, upgrades, and long-term evolution
• Expertise using development IDE tools
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional and technical references and procedures
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and technical documentation
• Ability to effectively present technical information to managers, clients, customers, and the public
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and work with abstract and concrete variables
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with engineers, security teams, customers, and vendors
Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• 7 years of focused hands-on experience in full stack development technologies listed above
• 3 years of proven technical or team leadership experience
Full Stack .NET Consultant Overview:A
This contract position involves architecting and developing full stack applications in a collaborative public sector technology environment. The consultant will apply strategic and architectural thinking to support long-term system deployments, upgrades, and evolution. The role requires strong communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with engineers, security teams, customers, and vendors. The consultant will utilize advanced development tools and be responsible for preparing and presenting technical and strategic IT concepts to decision-makers and stakeholders.
Job Duties:
• Architect and develop full stack .NET applications
• Plan and support system deployments, upgrades, and long-term evolution
• Collaborate with peer engineers, security engineers, customers, and vendors
• Utilize development IDE tools to design and maintain applications
• Prepare and present technical and IT strategic concepts to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
• Analyze technical requirements and interpret complex technical instructions
