Job Description
***Only qualified Senior .NET Programmer Analyst (MVC SQL Server & Identity Management) candidates located near the Fredericton, NB area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

Required Education:
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Required skills:
• Demonstrated programming and design experience in .NET and MVC (8 Years)
• Demonstrated programming and design experience with Identity Management solutions (1 Year)
• Experience writing scripts and stored procedures using MS SQL Server (4 Years)
• Resource must be able to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written) (Yes)

Preferred Skills:
• Experience designing and developing secure applications that address the requirements for both data confidentiality and client privacy. Please demonstrate experience with both requirements (4 years gained in the last 7 years)
• Experience working in an Agile development environment (4 years gained in the last 7 years)
• Experience translating technical requirements based on a requirement such as a User Story and solution architecture (4 years gained in the last 7 years)
• Recent experience with code review and following coding guidelines and best practices (5 years gained in the last 7 years)
• Experience with Javascript, Jquery, HTML/CSS and User Interface design (5 years gained in the last 7 years)
• Experience with UI Responsive Design, including the use of front-end Frameworks (5 years gained in the last 7 years)

• Programming and design experience with Identity Management solutions (1 year gained in the last 5 years)

Job Description: Client is seeking one Senior Programmer Analyst to support the development of new public facing functionality and the integration with PETL’s existing internal Student Financial Services application. This application is currently supported by a Senior Developer/Application Lead with extensive knowledge of the existing application suite, one developer and two client subject matter experts. This position will report to the Manager of Business Application Services.
