Job Description
Travel Required: Yes — international (China / Huaqin), ~1 trip per quarter around factory builds (not a hard requirement)

Required Skills:
1. Hardware / NPI program management (consumer electronics or wearables)
2. Overseas contract-manufacturer build execution (e.g., Huaqin): builds, PRQ, tooling deployment
3. Strong cross-functional leadership with crisp, exec-ready status reporting

Preferred Skills:
1. Familiarity with EE / test / manufacturing concepts
2. Wearables / consumer-electronics experience
3. Comfort working alongside AI / data tooling

Degrees/Certifications Required:
BS in EE, ME, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent; PMP a plus

Years of Experience:
8–10 years (Level IV)

Are there any immediate disqualifiers or red flags that stand out:
No experience coordinating overseas CM execution; unable to travel internationally; weak written/verbal status communication

Nice-to-have: Mandarin; EE/test/manufacturing fluency; familiarity with AI/data tooling. Manufacturing factory experience, Apple experience is highly preferred!

Overview
Drive end-to-end hardware program execution for the AI Factory pod (Reality Labs, Wrist Hardware), with deep factory-floor and overseas contract-manufacturer experience in China.

Responsibilities:
? Own program schedules, build planning, and milestone tracking across EE, PD, test, and manufacturing.
? Coordinate contract-manufacturer execution at Huaqin and other China CMs -- builds, PRQ, and on-line tooling deployment.
? Drive cross-functional alignment, risk tracking, and crisp, exec-ready status reporting.
? Manage dependencies across the AI Factory tooling (triage, inspect, SOP, dashboard) and the wrist programs it serves (Ceres2, Coop).
? Travel to China around key builds.

Required:
? 5-8+ years HW/NPI program management in consumer electronics or wearables.
? Hands-on overseas CM execution in China (Huaqin or similar); comfortable on the SMT/FATP floor.
? Strong XFN leadership and written/verbal communication.
? Able to travel internationally to China.
Nice-to-have: Mandarin; EE/test/manufacturing fluency; familiarity with AI/data tooling. Manufacturing factory experience, Apple experience is highly preferred!
