• Hybrid role - We will need onsite support 2-3 days/week in East Hanover.

We are looking for:
• 1 Lead PM: 5-10 years'' experience with agency and Pharma background
• 1 Sr. PM: 10+ years leading projects, including delivery of creative/digital projects across complex matrix organizations. Pharma experience and label/ISI updates specifically.

Responsible:
• for oversight & delivery of Label updates (both GBS and Agency assets) per brand LU
• Work with Brand Manager & Asset Owners to complete the prioritized asset list
• Direct interface for all communications with the Brand team
• Lead a group of support project managers to deliver against required KPIs
• Provide instruction to:
• Support PMs as required on asset-specific support required to enable delivery of Label Update
• Establish and run a weekly brand-specific schedule of meetings with appropriate stakeholders to ensure task delivery and adherence to timelines
• Oversee and manage the Support PMs to ensure appropriate tracking of all asset status with
• Aos/AOR I n line with regulatory timelines
• Escalate risks, issues, and mitigation plans promptly with senior management and key stakeholders
• Lead project communications to ensure appropriate information is shared with key stakeholders
• (CAPE / MODE / Customer)
• Direct experience with the end-to-end label update process in the US Experience in regulatory/compliance environments, including Medical Legal Review (MLR) a plus
• Commercial experience managing services or driving key initiatives within global functions
• Experience in building and leading project delivery teams across different geographies
• Pharma experience is of benefit but not essential
• Experience within a leading Pharmaceutical/FMCG company or service provider/marketing agency a plus
• Past work reflects a track record of delivery excellence
• End-to-end ISI Label update experience
• Program and project management
• Reporting and communication
• Governance management

Experience:
• Strong at leading multiple teams and priorities
• Able to manage a lot of workstreams

Education:
• Bachelor's degree
• PMP certification preferred
